I just saw a comment from Elan, who I guess lives near me (let me know more if you come back by, please!), but who is involved in a KAL in memory of a victim of the Virginia Tech shooter. In reading about this project, I found several groups that are knitting for charity in memory of the victims, or are knitting for the families/survivors. All are great stash busting projects (especially if you happen to have lots of maroon or orange yarn!), so I wanted to share these links:
